Welcome to Country

Performed by a cultural custodian, a Welcome To Country is an acknowledgement of the country and the connection the traditional owner has to his or her tribal lands.

Welcome to Country ceremonies are a way of showing respect for the people and lands on which an occasion is being held. They last approximately 15 minutes  and include a traditional song and / or a short didgeridoo performance.

Josh has been presenting Welcome to Country for more than ten years throughout the Cape to Cape region.  He is a cultural custodian of the Wadandi and Bibbulmun people. 

Josh is professional in his delivery and a clear confident speaker who is able to tailor his presentation to suit his audience.
